For jewellers and watch retailers
Hand every buyer a documented record.
When a piece leaves your counter, send its record to the buyer’s loupe register: the receipt, the certificate, your appraisal and the warranty card, dated with the day of sale.
How it works
- 01
Send us the record
The piece, its reference or hallmark, the sale price and the day of sale, with the receipt, the certificate, your appraisal and the warranty card.
- 02
We prepare it for the buyer
You receive a private link to hand over with the piece. If the buyer already keeps a loupe register, the record waits there for them too.
- 03
The buyer accepts it
Nothing enters their register until they say so. Once accepted, the record is theirs, with your shop named as where it was bought.
The buyer accepts it. You see only whether it was accepted, never anything else in their register.
Documents are lodged with the loupe team for now. Start by sending us the record; a retailer portal follows.
