loupe is a private record of the designer handbags and fine jewellery you own, on the web at loupeco.com and in the loupe apps for iPhone and Android.

Get help

If you have an account, the quickest route is the Support page inside loupe: sign in at loupeco.com/support. Requests there are answered in the portal and by email.

Otherwise, write to noreply@loupeco.com.

Delete your account

In the iPhone or Android app: Settings → Delete my account. On the web: Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. Your pieces, photos, documents and profile are removed; what is kept, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

To export your data, use Settings → Privacy → Export my data on the web. For any other privacy request, see the Privacy Policy or write to noreply@loupeco.com.
